Procedures for returns

If your item is eligible for return, please contact our Customer Care team using this enquiry form. For nature of enquiry, you would select ‘Return or exchange an item’ and indicate your order number in the field provided. We will contact you ASAP and provide you with a returns authorisation number that you should quote on the shipping documents.

Please note that:

• You have to indicate your returns authorisation number on your returned parcel.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that provides a tracking service and/or insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is to be borne by you. We will bear the cost of shipping out a replacement item in another size to you. However, any duties and taxes on the replacement item are to be borne by you.
• We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds or exchanges on items for which our conditions for returns have not been met.

Singapore customers in the CBD area can arrange to return items conveniently using our free collection service. Please include your contact number and pick-up address when writing to us.

CBD area is defined as areas with the first two digits of the postal code starting with 01, 03-08, 17-19 and 22-23.
