Conditions for returns

To facilitate the returns process, please ensure that your item meets these conditions for returns:

• Hang tags on ready-to-wear items have not been cut. Therefore, please try the garments on for size before you cut the tags. We seek your understanding that we cannot accept returns where hang tags have already been cut.
• Items are returned in their original packaging. This may include garment hang tags, shoe boxes, dust bags, etc.
• Items are returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please take care to ensure that no makeup stains are left on the garments - these may be subject to an additional dry cleaning charge.
• For Singapore customers, we must receive the merchandise within 5 days from the date you received your original parcel.
• For overseas customers, we must receive the merchandise within 18 days from the date you received your original parcel.
