Return or exchange an item

We are based in Singapore and have an 18-day return policy for our overseas customers, and a 5-day return policy for our local customers.

Singapore customers in the CBD area can arrange to return items conveniently using our free collection service. Please include your contact number and pick-up address when writing to us.

ITEMS YOU MAY RETURN

We accept returns on ready-to-wear and shoes where you have purchased an item of the wrong size. If the size you require is in stock, we will ship it out to you. Otherwise, you will be refunded in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on handbags, jewellery, accessories and travel guides. These items are for FINAL SALE only.

From time to time, we may also offer some ready-to-wear and shoes on FINAL SALE. These items are clearly marked as FINAL SALE items on our product pages, and we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on them as well.
