Order status and history

We will update you on the status of your order via e-mail. You may also view the most up-to-date status by signing in to your account.

The following are status messages you may receive regarding your order:

Order received We have received your order and will shortly be shipping out the item(s) in your order to you.
Shipped via … We have just shipped out all or part of your order and have provided you with an estimation of the time-to-delivery to your shipping address indicated.
Order temporarily suspended We have temporarily suspended your order, pending your verification. This is most likely due to an unsuccessful payment transaction while you were at PayPal’s payment pages.
Order cancelled We have cancelled your order. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be processed and must be placed again on our website in order to proceed.
Return received We have received a returned item from you and are processing your return now.
Refund issued We have issued a refund for a returned item, excluding original delivery charges.

Should you have any questions about your order, please contact our Customer Care team using this enquiry form. For nature of enquiry, you would select ‘About my order’ and also indicate your order number in the field provided.

You can also view your order status and history by signing in to your account and clicking on ‘Order Status, Tracking & History’ under Account Features. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.
